All About Kate
You name it, she's dabbled in it. Kate Fisher went into entrepreneurship knowing that to succeed, you must fight to win with little resources and large quantities of medium roast; needless to say, she quickly became a Swiss- army knife. When it came down to true happiness and a validated sense of purpose, Kate realized that the one thing in life that truly excited her was helping others succeed and build their dreams. Wearing many hats within corporate America, Kate was confident she could live life by dancing to the beat of her own drum. This led to a two-prong, multiple income stream approach (just the way she likes it):
As a customer-obsessed marketing consultant + strategist, Kate possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School where she concentrated in Entrepreneurship while deepening her learnings working for one of Boston's largest players in financial services. It wasn't long before Kate found herself eager to find new and innovative ways to create compelling experiences for her clients, obsessing about each and every interaction that a client had with the company while working toward her Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation. She is an avid customer advocate and a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), a global non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of customer experience management practices.
With experience ranging from global corporations to her own small business’, Kate brings hands-on experience from walks of business including real estate, financial services, insurance, engineering, hospitality, construction, entertainment, salon and beauty. Currently she works with small to mid-sized businesses, assisting them in their growth through customer experience, digital marketing and operational efficiency. FXN's Co was founded to complement missing skill sets and help small business owners succeed in an ever-evolving, customer-centric world. Our mission is simple- FXN's Co stands behind small business, and if we can't fulfill your need, we will find a strong-professional who can.
As a real estate professional with over a decade of experience, Kate believes in successfully creating optimal customer experiences that are both authentic and personal. Kate's past work as a licensed financial advisor ensures that her clients real estate visions align with their financial goals. Real estate isn't just about buying or selling a home, it's about managing expectations, strategically planning your next move in collaboration with your clients, and utilizing technology to work efficiently in a fast-paced world. It's about attention to detail, clear and constant communication, and having a fiduciary in your court to advocate for you throughout your transaction... skills Kate has been perfecting for longer than she can remember. An active member of the South Shore Realtors® Association, Kate participates in two additional committees, the Community Outreach Taskforce & the Membership Engagement Taskforce.
Kate believes life is what you make it and over the past five years has worked toward curating a professional journey that is flexible, sustainable, and lucrative. An avid, lifelong-learner, her priority as a woman in business is to lead a personal life that is not overlooked by things that will not matter in 5 years, such as meetings about meetings and of course everyone's favorite: meetings that should have been an email. In order to thrive in this life our time must be valued and our health and loved ones must come first - the rest falls into place, just as it should.
Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and in her downtime she has a love for live acoustic music, red wine, and spending time planning and living out experiences for her family.
